Sacrifice Muay Thai is a part of ZIG or Sacrifice Instruction Group.
We train police officers, security professionals, and first responders alongside civilians. We believe it is good to have role models that serve our communities. At ZIG we train Effective Fitness Combatives (EFC) defensive tactics, Jiu Jitsu (both gi and nogi), Muay Thai, Yoga, security, safety, and Firearms training.
